Logistics and Contracting Coordinator

The LATH Technical Resource Centre (TRC) is responsible for managing short term technical assistance projects on behalf of the company. 

REF:  PER/LCC Full Time, Permanent, £20,338 to £21,577 p.a., 10% pension contribution

You will be the first point of contact for mobilizing consultants and staff overseas and will coordinate and arrange travel and contracts for overseas assignments.  In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all logistical arrangements are made according to the requirements and standards of the business.  This is a customer focused role so previous experience gained within a customer service environment is essential as is experience of organising international travel.      

The successful candidate will have experience of working at a senior administrative or coordination level.  Experience of having organised international travel in a workplace environment is essential.  Educated to a minimum of GCSE level with 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, successful applicants will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills along with the ability to work on their own initiative and to competing deadlines.  Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications is also essential as is attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
