To make an ethical, efficient and effective contribution to improving the lives of disadvantaged people in developing countries through the provision of consultancy and programme management services that improve access to, and quality of, health care.  In doing so we play a major role in helping the LSTM to achieve its mission technically and financially, while enhancing its global reputation through the valued work we do.
