Steve holds an MA demography from George Town University.
As LATH USA Vice Prrsident, Steve is currently based in Washington DC. His role involves managing LATH US Programmes and providing consultancy and management services in all areas of expertise including drug supply and logistics, immunization programme management, health management information systems and logistics management information systems.
He has more than 20 years experience in international health development with specific expertise in the design and development of primary health care supply management systems for sexual and reproductive health, EPI and essential drug programmes. In addition he has wide experience in programme monitoring and evaluation for USAID, DFID, KfW, WorldBank, GAVI and Global Fund funded programmes.
