Ema is responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the Business Development Team to win long term contracts and to win and deliver short term technical assistance in international health. The Business Development Team also manages LATH’s consultant database, logistics and consultant contracting services.
Ema has more than 15 years experience in strategy development, project management, finance and operations management in the public health field, including working as the Consultancy Services Manager for the Malaria Consortium. Ema has strong track record of management and systems consultancy with NGOs in the UK. Ema also has experience of setting up consultancy management systems and procedures in the UK and in Africa.
Ema holds a BSc from the University of Liverpool and is currently studying for her MPA at Warwick University.
