Dougal Freeman
Finance Director
Dougal is a Chartered Management Accountant with an MSc in Agricultural Development Economics.
As Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, Dougal is responsible for operations in USA, Kenya, Nigeria, Malawi and UK. He has management responsibility for all finance staff across the organisation. He works closely with the International programme delivery team and directs the development and delivery of commercial proposals.
Dougal has more than 14 years experience of financial management in the development sector. Recent consultancy work includes grant management work in Cross Rivers State Nigeria and fiduciary risk assessment work in Wajir Kenya. Dougal continues to lecture at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine in Financial Management.
