Achille Kabore
West Africa Regional Manager, Neglected Tropical Diseases Control Programme
Dr Achille Max Kabore holds a Medical degree from the National University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso and a Master of Public Health degree from Tulane University, USA.
Achille is the West Africa Regional Manager for the Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) Control Programme funded by USAID. He is providing management and technical support to roll out the NTD control program in targeted endemic countries in Africa, namely Ghana, Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali and Sierra Leone.
Prior to joining LATH, Achille was Malaria and Child Survival Coordinator for a USAID funded programme in Rwanda. His experience also includes working as a District Medical Officer in Burkina Faso and a Maternal and Child Health Coordinator in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
