Senior Technical Specialist
Paul has a MSc degree in Training and Human Resource Management, from Leicester University, UK.
As a Human Resources for Health (HRH) Specialist, Paul has been working for LATH in Southern Africa since 2004, both as a specialist consultant and as Senior Technical Advisor to the Malawi Health SWAp in the areas of HRH policy & planning. Paul also has a remit to provide intelligence and support business development in his area of expertise. Recently, Paul relocated to LATH USA to become a full time ‘Human Resources for Health Policy and Planning Specialist’ on the USAID CapacityPlus Programme with partner IntraHealth International.
Paul has previous experience as a Senior Human Resource Advisor to the Uganda Health SWAp and has supported various line ministries, development partners, NGOs and private sector institutions on a wide range of areas relating to human resource policy, planning, management & development. He has 15 years experience of delivering overseas consultancy.
