Nicky has a BSc in Applied Environmental Science from Kings College, University of London.
As Operations Manager – International Programmes Nicky is responsible to the Head of International Programme Delivery for the ongoing operational management of programmes under the LATH portfolio. She plays a key role in the delivery of successful programmes and manages the Programme Support Team at LATH. Her role involves Human Resource Management, Programme Systems Development and ongoing operational management of LATH’s long term programmes. She also acts as deputy to LATH’s Head of Programmes.
Nicky has more than 10 years experience in Programme Operations and Management experience gained from working with a range of organisations from NGO’s, City Investment Banks to International Consultancy firms on large and multi-sectoral programmes.
