Einion HollandI am an accountant by profession undertaking an MBA with the Manchester Business School.  I have thrived in organisations when overseeing transformation, whether as a manager or in a voluntary capacity as a Magistrate and Chair of School Governors.
Articled in private practice in Llandudno, and immersed in computers, even managing a bureaux when personal computers where in their infancy. I joined the Health Authority in the mid 1980s when staff bonus schemes, standard financial software and the reorganisation of community hospitals were being introduced. 
I relocated to local government in the late 1980s, and became responsible for the financial accounts, treasury function and specifically the accounts of the North Wales Police Force, and a plethora of other services including the Fire Service and Magistrates Committee.
In 1992 I was appointed Director of Finance at The Normal College which became independent under the Higher Education reforms of 1991 and in its short life to 1996, thrived in financial and cultural terms until its merger with the University of Wales Bangor.
As the Assistant Director of Estates at the University of Wales Bangor, I further developed skills as an administrator and within the building industry, refining previous experiences, where I managed two major building projects.
A welsh speaker, submerged in song from an early age, and a keen Liverpool FC supporter.
