Margaret has an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development.
As a Human Resource Management and Development (HRM/D) Specialist for LATH, Margaret provides consultancy services and support to government and non-governmental agencies on human resources for health throughout Africa. Margaret also has a remit to provide intelligence and support business development in her area of expertise as well as providing up to 50% of her time as a Human Resources for Health Technical Advisor on the USAID CapacityPlus Programme. Margaret has recently relocated to LATH USA in Washington D.C., USA.
She has over 20 years experience of working in Africa in education, project management and human resource management and development. She is currently based in Malawi with her partner and three children.
